I treated myself this week.
For the last couple of years I’ve done all my baking with a hand beater – which while functional is a bit of a pain in the ass. But, not anymore!

Hey, Woolworths used to make an amazing cake. It was the lightest, fluffiest sponge with a caramel centre and the top was dusted with icing sugar. Perhaps I’ll give that a go?
Woolworths mini caramel swiss rolls… well worth the 30 hours of flying….. can you make those??
I still think whatever you make has to be chocolate, maybe amazingly awesome chocolate cheesecake….
I have this too!! the first thing I made with it is a beautiful Angel Food cake, to really put the plantary motion whisk to the test. Results? Perfectly light, fluffy cakes previously undeliverable by handheld whisks!
I love mine! Definitely my best kitchen buy so far. And it sure beats whipping cream with a fork…
